• If signs are down at Rushforth.. ALL games are Cancelled!!

• Each team to supply 3 helpers to help in canteen after first game of the night

  • Maximum of two with RSA to work in Bar
  • One person to work food side of canteen
  • People with RSA need to supply a copy of their certificate which will be held in the canteen
  • * Committee members with RSA will take it in turns to walk around grounds each week to check for underage drinking, unruly behaviour due to excessive alcohol etc.
    
• The Gold shorts rule has been changed to allow the wearer to play the ball for 6 seconds and then must pass to someone else. Players can not take the ball from anyone with Gold shorts if the ball is within 1 metre of the players.

• TEAM DUTIES

  FIRST GAMES - Teams playing at this time are to put up the nets in time for the six o’clock kick off

  LAST GAMES – Teams playing at this time are to take down nets and secure goals (on outer fields)

  * NETS ARE TO BE PLACED IN BAGS!

  **LARGE PEGS ARE TO BE PUT IN THE ORANGE CRATES IN THE SHED AND NOT IN THE BAGS WITH THE NETS

  GENERAL BUSINESS:

   

  * Fees staying the same- $40 Rego, Team Fees $65 per game * Nomination forms, acknowledgement of rules, found on the web, * Rego forms at canteen- New players need ID and signatures verified,

  *Clarification- forms are filled in correctly, payment from players/teams are payed in full before taking the field

  *** Rego rules to be enforced. *** EXTRA MEMO for nomination meeting, regarding registrations, other teams’ players, playing when low on numbers etc. written up by Woody.

  *Media announcements- local Radio and newspaper for start of SOS summer competition
